Pavel Vitliemov is one of the two named partners at Kuyumdjieva & Vitliemov, co-heading the firm’s M&A and General Corporate and Real Estate & Construction practices. He is particularly experienced in banking and finance and securitization. Pavel has provided transactional and regulatory advice to various corporate clients and he has been involved in a number of high-profile M&A transactions and real estate projects.
