Stanislava Kuyumdjieva is one of the two founding partners of Kuyumdjieva & Vitliemov, Managing Partner and Co-Head of the firm’s Real Estate & Construction and M&A and General Corporate practices. Stanislava specializes in all aspects of real estate investments and developments, including acquisitions, disposals, financing, and leases. She has significant experience and expertise in corporate and commercial law, private equity transactions, and joint ventures.
